PET COLLECTION OPTIONS

We understand how difficult this time can be for pet owners, so to help alleviate a little stress either Nick or Paige can collect your beloved companion from your own home.

If your companion is at your local veterinary practise, Nick or Paige can liaise with them to collect your companion. Please let your vets know if you intend to use Loyal & Loved as some veterinary practices use commercial cremation companies.

We welcome you to bring your companion to us personally where you can say your final goodbyes in our private farewell area. This is by personal appointment only. Please note, for collection from your home or veterinary practise an additional travel charge applies. We invite you to include any blankets, toys or other possessions you wish to accompany your companion on the journey ahead.

INDIVIDUAL CREMATION

We understand the importance of this individualised service so rest assured that your beloved companion will be placed solely into our dedicated chamber ensuring that the ashes you receive are exclusively those of your cherished companion.

RETURNING ASHES

We aim to have your companions ashes ready for collection from our premises within a timely manor. We can return your companions ashes to your home for an additional travel charge.
